TIME TO CELEBRATE OUR UNIQUE COMPANY IN A UNIQUE WAY!
This year our company celebrates its 100th anniversary! It all started in 1923 with one small truck and the transport of building materials. And look where we are now! Under Jan, Anneke and Gerard, De Rooy grew into a market leader in European, high & heavy transport. But of course, this wasn’t possible without you. That is why we would like to invite you to celebrate this special history with us on 15th and / or 16th September 2023!
September 15
On this day we invite all our clients and suppliers. We start our celebration at 17:00 with comedian Christel de Laat. Together with Anneke and Gerard, she looks back on our special family and company history, the present and the promising future. Then it’s time for dinner; an extensive food truck buffet with dishes from all over the world. All while enjoying acoustic music and a nice drink.

September 16
On Saturday we celebrate our 100th anniversary with family, friends and (former) staff with partner. The mistery opening act will be spectacular, you don’t want to miss it! You can also participate in all kinds of activities such as a “Dakar Rally” with quads, a shooting stall, stilt walking and more. In the evening you will find various food trucks, a barbecue, pork on the spit, pizza corner and snack wall all over the site. We frame all this with dazzling performances by The Boston Tea Party, Samantha Steenwijk, John de Bever, a percussion band and DJ. An evening you will never forget!
